UDIA is the leading development industry body in NSW, representing more than 500 member companies and agencies across the public and private sector. ​​​​​​​​UDIA NSW advocates for the creation of liveable, affordable, and connected smart cities to improve our local communities.​​​​​​​​

The PCA champions the interests of more than 2200 member companies that represent the full spectrum of the industry, including those who invest, own, manage, and develop in all sectors of property. Their vision is a thriving property industry creating prosperity, jobs, and strong communities.

These professional memberships will ensure BEM group are always up to date with the latest industry policies while developing relationships and networks across the whole property sector.
