BEM is proud to announce a new project that is in the works for the community of Cooranbong.

For this project BEM has been assigned as the advisory & project planning and development & project management team. The process is well underway to modify the projects existing development consent to improve the quality of the future offering to the community.

The new precinct will bring a variety of neighbourhood convenience services across national brands sympathetic to the area. The Cooranbong community will benefit from having these services right at their fingertips, bringing new employment options and growth to the area.

This project is due to commence in late 2022 with completion set for late 2023. These development works will align with the completion of the Alton Road and Freemans Drive intersection upgrade.
