With over 20 years of experience, Joel has been involved in the construction and property development industry as a principal contractor, manager, advisor, and developer. Joel's genuine passion for this industry is evident through his strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. He believes whole heartedly in the service BEM Group provides and goes to great lengths to ensure his team and his clients feel like part of the BEM family.

Anthony Marsic
Project Director | Head of Operations
Anthony has the role of Project Director and Head of Operations at BEM Group and is a member of the BEM Group Executive Team. This role includes the overseeing of BEM Project Management Services and BEM Group Projects to ensure that promised outcomes are delivered on, and that quality and consistency is maintained throughout the full project life cycle.
Working within the construction industry for over 19 years in total, Anthony started his career specialising in horticulture, landscape construction and landscape design, as a small business founder and owner. Subsequently, Anthony worked as a Client-Side Project Manager for 9 years and has managed design and delivery on projects within sectors including: Private Residential Development, Social Housing, Affordable Housing, Residential Aged Care, Senior Retirement Living and Villages, Exhibition and Tourism, Education Campus Re-development and Green-field Sites, Major Demolition, Commercial Construction, Emergency Facilities, Healthcare Clinic Fit-out and University Infrastructure Improvements.
Coupled alongside Anthony’s working experience, he has completed a Bachelor of Business in Business Management, and a Master’s Degree in Property Development.

She is highly motivated and known for her family-oriented approach, which aligns perfectly with our values at BEM.
