BEM Group is proud to be working with Hunter New England & Central Coast Primary Health Network to assist with their relocation and delivery of an exciting new premises for their Newcastle office. BEM has been engaged to help with a range of key deliverables including the procurement & engagement of the design & construction contractors, as well as the project management through to completion and handover of the built environment.

Through consultation with Primary Health, BEM have been able to deliver an attractive new space including a combination of workstations, meeting rooms and collaborative workspaces, with a considered layout that is functional and beautiful.

Along with the creation of the new space, BEM have also been able to assist with the end of lease negotiation and make good on their existing tenancy. BEM is providing a comprehensive turnkey consulting service, delivering Primary Health Network a seamless transition to their new home.
